“I find that value comes at a cost here. Reports of rooms not matching the website's descriptions raise concerns, as do cleanliness issues mentioned in several reviews. While the location may be appealing, potential guests should weigh these factors carefully. I think travellers need to be aware of these reported issues before booking.”

the location proved convenient for accessing victoria station.
the maintenance standards were subpar. the bathroom was cramped, feeling like a caravan shower. the toilet seat was chipped, only held by a single screw. walls had stains i considered unpleasant.

the location is near victoria station.
the room was small, maneuvering around was difficult. the lights beside the bed were broken and looked like they had been taken apart. the bathroom seemed like it belonged on a ship and flooded after a shower i don't suffer from claustrophobia but i can imagine others would have a difficult time.

Solid Stay near Victoria Station

luggage storagedaily cleaningdangerous step
This place offered convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The room cleaning happened daily and the staff supplied extra coffee and milk. I really appreciated its proximity to both a large supermarket and the railway station.
The step down from the bathroom area was unexpectedly high. I think a simple ramp would improve safety.
Rooms
9/10
The provided towels were changed each day and the room was cleaned daily, even on Sunday. There were disposables of coffee powder and milk. a boiler, within the room. Staff happily provided more of these when requested.
Location
9/10
The location offers easy access to many local shops and restaurants. Victoria Station is very close. I felt secure walking around at night due to good street lighting.
Service
9/10
The reception operates 24 hours a day, convenient. The staff members were friendly, kind and always available. Their professionalism contributed positively to my stay experience.
Dining
8/10
Although no breakfast is served, the very close supermarket made it easy to purchase food. Having both a boiler and disposable coffee in my room helped me manage this.
Facilities
8/10
A window in the room could open, allowing fresh air. The provision of water heating equipment in the room allowed hot drinks anytime. It was nice to have these basic amenities available.
