chipped toilet seat subpar maintenance

the location proved convenient for accessing victoria station.

the maintenance standards were subpar. the bathroom was cramped, feeling like a caravan shower. the toilet seat was chipped, only held by a single screw. walls had stains i considered unpleasant.

small space, questionable maintenance

small room broken lights

the location is near victoria station.

the room was small, maneuvering around was difficult. the lights beside the bed were broken and looked like they had been taken apart. the bathroom reminded me of it belonged on a ship and flooded after a shower i don't suffer from claustrophobia but i can imagine others would have a difficult time.

the receptionist was very helpful at check-in, appreciated.

the room was ridiculously small. i could barely move around. also, bags of dirty laundry were stored right outside my door, blocking the hallway.

the location rocks. its super close to the bus station and some great food spots. my room got towels changed daily, tea, and coffee.

quiet street helpful staff convenient location

the hotel is on a quiet street away from the noise but close enough to walk to the shops and train station the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels the internet worked well i found the staff at the front desk nice and helpful hot water was available in the bathroom with good pressure. i felt safe since the hotel is open 24/7 and many dining places are nearby it is convenient. the location is great with many attractions within walking distance.

Solid Stay near Victoria Station

luggage storage daily cleaning

This place offered convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The room cleaning happened daily and the staff supplied extra coffee and milk. I really appreciated its proximity to both a large supermarket and the railway station.

The step down from the bathroom area was unexpectedly high. I think a simple ramp would improve safety.

The provided towels were changed each day and the room was cleaned daily, even on Sunday. There were disposables of coffee powder and milk. a boiler, within the room. Staff happily provided more of these when requested.
